Refunds and support payments

Ten Good News is free and sells nothing. A support payment is a voluntary contribution, so no goods or services are delivered and there is nothing to return.

Refunds

Support payments are not refundable. The one exception is a mistake: a duplicate payment or a wrong amount. If that happens, write to hello@tengoodnews.com within 7 days with the payment details, and we will refund it to the original payment method. Refunds normally reach your account within 5 to 10 working days after we approve them, depending on your bank.

Cancellation

Payments are one-time. There are no subscriptions and nothing renews, so there is nothing to cancel.
